Shipping policy
Introduction
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
TriDeez Inc offers 2 types of shipping. Standard Shipping may take up to 30 business days, XpressPost takes 7 to 14 business days.
Most orders will be shipped within 3 business days. However, delivery times may vary based on order size. Be sure to monitor your email for order updates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
US - Across the Border Shipping Rates and Estimates
TriDeez Inc offers 2 types of shipping via Canada Post. Standard International may take up to 30 business days, Express Shipping takes 7 to 14 business days.
Most orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days. However, delivery times may vary based on order size. Be sure to monitor your email for order updates

Local delivery
Deliveries are made from 12 noon from Monday to Saturday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Local Pick Up
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store's location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our pickup hours are 12 noon to 5 pm everyday of the week. Please have your order confirmation email with you and email us the exact time you will be arriving.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the any countries accepted by our courier services.
Currently, we do not ship to North Korea, Afghanistan, Russia.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. TriDeez Inc is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 60 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@trideez.ca or trideezcanada@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
